Tunisian Olive Wood

Tunisia, a Mediteranean country, thrives as a major world producer of olive oil, despite the political turmoil.  Their ancient olive trees are some of the oldest in the world. When a tree starts to die, it's replaced with a new one and often times, the wood of the old tree is sourced to live another life.  

The wood from this board is rumored to be from the Tunisian Royal Family's private vineyard.
